Reminders
How do I set a reminder?
You can set a reminder inside the Reminders section of the app.
Choose the time(s) that feel best for you.
How do I change my reminder time?
Open the Reminders section in the app and adjust the time.
You can update it whenever you want.
How do I turn reminders off?
Go to the Reminders section and disable notifications.
You can always turn them back on later.
I'm not receiving notifications
First check that notifications are enabled:
- in the InnerCheck app
- in your phone settings
If reminders are still not working, try restarting the app.
